HIH Property Management GmbH is a real estate management company under the umbrella of HIH Hamburgische Immobilien Handlung GmbH. HIH Property Management GmbH will operate under the name “Johs. Reese & Co. GmbH” until mid 2008, whose founding goes back to the year 1888.
The object of HIH Property Management GmbH is the administration as well as management of real estate in the entire country. Our services focus on property management of primarily commercial real estate (office and commercial buildings, logistics and shopping centres) as well as residential real estate for institutional and investor groups domestically and abroad.
